Bug#1099173: Evolution 3.55 keeps forgetting UI settings

Evolution keeps forgetting the settings for the switcher icons (mail,
contacts, calendar, tasks and memos).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Menu View -> Switcher Appearance -> “Icons only”
2. Switcher now has icons only.
3. Close Evolution and launch it again.
4. Switcher has icons and text again.

I can confirm that 3.55.3-1 fixes the issue.
