Warning: program compiled against libxml 212 using older 209

I see this message in the terminal when I run emacs from the terminal.

Specifically, I see it when entering shell-script mode and inserting
and deleting lines while in shell script mode. I also have FlyC
enabled, using shellcheck. (But neither running shellcheck directly from
the command line not emacs fundamental mode produce it.)

The name and version number of the libxml package leads me to wonder if
that's where the problem lies.
