Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?
start the app

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
only start the app, then gnome show notification for: wait or stop the
running app.
* What was the outcome of this action?
gnome calculator load all the ui, but the prompt and button are
completely frozen.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
being able to do some calculations

With the temporary "solution" :

dconf write /org/gnome/calculator/refresh-interval 0

(as ↑ user !)

or

su -l username -c "dbus-launch dconf write /org/gnome/calculator/refresh-interval 0"

(as ↑ root)
