Hi,

I just ACCEPTed spyder-kernels from NEW but was wondering if you could
clarify in the package itself why you disable the testsuite on build.

Regards,

In fact the upsteam is preparing a new release in a few days.
the current release is missing one expected data file.

the next release will contain it so I will be able to reactivate the unit test.

voila :)

Cheers

In 1.8.0 build-time tests give an error:

Looks like the pyzmq package would need to be upgraded or fixed before
tests can be switched on.
