Hi,

libapi-gitforge-perl has a missing build dependency on tzdata. Currently
the buildds still have it installed by default but that will change
after the trixie release. This also makes the package not reproducible
on reproduce.debian.net.

Could you share your build logs, please?

What's in common between these two packages is git, which makes me think
that possibly the new build-dep needs to be added over there.
