I am the maintainer of this package, and a previous version of it was
successfully uploaded in October of last year. As I am a Debian
Maintainer, I asked my sponsor for upload privileges, but didn't receive
a response. Two months later, there was an RC bug #1028641 that I fixed,
and I emailed again asking him to upload the fixed version, receiving no
response. It has been another two months since then, and there has been
a new upstream release. Since it's unlikely my original sponsor will
respond at this point, I'm asking for a new one to upload this package
and potentially grant me DM upload privileges for it. I'd like to note
that the sister package libquazip1-qt6, with the same sponsor, has DM
upload permissions, and its corresponding RC bug was fixed promptly.

I have tried a few times to upload in the past three days. I always get
rejected with the message "ACL dm: not allowed to upload source package
'libquazip1-qt5'". Are you sure I was added to the access list properly?

Yes, I have been able to upload the Qt6 version for a few years now. My
original sponsor (kilobyte) pretty much just forgot to add me to the Qt5
one, and he hasn't responded to any of my emails since then.

My guess is that when I made this bug Bastian added me to the Qt6
package, which had no effect since I already had DM access to that one.
