Dear Maintainer,

The strace package has FTBFS issue due to test failed from known kernel
issue:

https://github.com/strace/strace/issues/242
http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-riscv/2023-August/038202.html

Since it affects riscv64's official rebootstrap, we will be temporarily
make testsuite non fatal on riscv64 in uploading 6.4. The reportbug is
opened in order to track the bug on Debian side. Once the issue to be
fixed it should be closed.

Thanks.

FYI the recently released v6.13 should build fine on riscv64 out of
the box, including the test suite. I've only tested it on Fedora but
I have no reason to believe Debian would behave any different.

Thanks for reminding me, I have not noticed this. So I am building it
now to have a look at it.

Thanks again.
