Hi,

Recently there was a new upstream who took over development and
maintenance of iniparser, resulting in much overhauling of the source.
Technically there was no need to bump soname here, but upstream
decided to align the soname to the library version. I think next
versions will be more smooth with the active development now.

There are only few packages affected:

- cava-alsa
- libapache2-mod-tile
- mtd-utils
- ndctl
- ukui-interface

For all those I have built (only amd64) packages against
iniparser/4.2.4-1~exp1 in experimental which went fine.

Ben file:

title = "iniparser";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libiniparser1" | .depends ~ "libiniparser4";
is_good = .depends ~ "libiniparser4";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libiniparser1";

There is as well the auto-tracker set up as:
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-iniparser.html

Can you allow me to upload to unstable and have the reverse
dependencies rebuild as needed as per above tracking?

Regards,
Salvatore

Thanks a lot, I just have uploaded the package to unstable.
