'man jupyter' is listing only two subcommands while there are much more
available. Maybe you could use help2man ?

Hi Bill,

Oh, that's a bit of a tricky one: the available subcommands depend on
which jupyter extensions are installed. We could replace that line in
jupyter.1 with a note saying: "To list the currently available
subcommands, run jupyter --help".
