Package: systemd
Version: 256.1-1
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

When I run systemctl, some lines are under-lined; and since some time
within the last year, these have flashed at about 1 Hz. It's annoying
and makes them difficult to read.

For example, these lines are affected:
proc-sys-fs-binfmt_misc.automount
user.slice

I'm using urxvt, but xterm and mlterm behave the same way.

The under-lining seems non-sensical, although the manual explains it:
The header and the last unit of a given type are underlined

I find no mention of what the flashing is meant to indicate. If it's
intentional, it should be explained and there should be some way way to
disable it.

There are no patches affecting this downstream. Issues unrelated to
configuration/packages/patches need to be reported upstream. There's
already a github issue about this.
